Alexander Levine is an experienced civil litigator with years of trial and appellate experience. Mr. Levine has successfully negotiated and litigated hundreds of civil cases, including personal injury, commercial, and matrimonial cases.

Mr. Levine is also a former assistant district attorney who successfully prosecuted many felony cases, including murders and other violent crimes. As a prosecutor, Mr. Levine was particularly noted for his expertise in habeas corpus and other post-conviction litigation.

As an adjunct professor of law at New York University since 2001, Mr. Levine has taught litigation and civil procedure to hundreds of paralegal and law students.

Mr. Levine contributed to the publication of the two-volume book New York Civil Practice Before Trial(James Publishing, 2001) (an “exceptional text” – New York Law Journal, February 13, 2002).

 

Igor Vaysberg is a founding partner of Levine & Vaysberg, P.C. Mr. Vaysberg’s practice covers all aspects of criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Vaysberg also counsels various businesses on a variety of matters, ranging from incorporations to buyouts.

Mr. Vaysberg understands the unique needs and concerns of existing and former clients. This understanding allows him to vigorously and successfully represent his clients’ interests throughout New York State.
